FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

AIRTEST RECEIVES $90K BLANKET ORDER FROM LEADING CONTROLS COMPANY

DELTA, BC, May 21, 2009 –- AirTest Technologies (TSXV: AAT) announced today that it has received a
$90,000 initial order for carbon dioxide (CO2) sensor products to be integrated into the products offered
by WattMaster Controls Inc., a Kansas City based manufacturer of controls used by building contractors
and major HVAC equipment manufacturers.

The CO2 sensors WattMaster has ordered are compact sensor modules designed to be easily integrated
into Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") electronic products. The sensor is very low profile and can
easily be designed into most wall-mount enclosures typically used for sensing temperature or other indoor
environmental parameters. The sensor is self-calibrating and requires no maintenance over its 15 year
rated life. According to Mike Hobbs, President of WattMaster, "We decided to work with AirTest because
of the depth of their product and application knowledge, plus the fact that they offered the best product for
our application that requires us to control building ventilation based on CO2 levels."

AirTest's self-calibrating CO2 sensors save energy in buildings by regulating outside air ventilation based
on the actual number of people in a space. This ensures that only enough outside air is heated or cooled
to meet the immediate needs of occupants. Much of the demand for this type of sensor is driven by the
growing interest in making buildings energy efficient, an important part in creating green and sustainable
buildings. For example the LEED building certification program operated by the US Green Building
Council provides certification points for including CO2 measurement and control to ensure good indoor
environmental quality while at the same time saving energy. CO2 ventilation control can represent a
simple but highly effective way for almost all buildings to reduce energy use while ensuring good indoor
air quality for occupants.

In addition to its own product line of sensors for building control, AirTest offers a wide range of OEM
sensor technologies targeted for the use of independent controls and equipment manufacturers who need
to integrate AirTest's sensor technologies into their products.
